Some cookies are strictly necessary for Jashby to function. Others help us measure performance, remember your preferences, and keep marketing communications relevant. We only place non-essential cookies after you give us consent through the banner that appears on your first visit. Guest sessions rely on the same essential cookies to remember your progress while you try Jashby without creating an account.

Essential cookies

These cookies keep your account secure and the platform functioning. They are always active.

• cookieConsent — Stores your cookie preferences so we don't ask you again for twelve months. (12 months)
• session — Keeps you signed in securely while you move between pages. (Session)
• SID / HSID / AEC / __Secure-1PSID — Google authentication and fraud prevention cookies used when you sign in with Google. (1–13 months)

Analytics & performance cookies

We use analytics to learn which features people use and to spot problems. We configure our tools to avoid collecting anything that directly identifies you.

• _ga / _ga_W5GRWFGFE1 — Helps us understand how visitors navigate Jashby so we can improve the experience. (13 months)
• tccl_visitor — Stores anonymised product analytics. (11 months)
• NID / SEARCH_SAMESITE / SSID — Google preferences that support localisation and security. (6–13 months)

Advertising cookies

When we run marketing campaigns we use a small number of Google cookies so we can avoid showing the same advert repeatedly and measure performance. These cookies are optional and will only load after consent.

Controlling cookies

You can revisit the cookie banner at any time by clearing your browser cookies or by emailing support@jashby.com for assistance. Browsers also provide controls to block or delete cookies — check the help centre for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and other browsers. Opting out of advertising cookies is also possible through organisations such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Other tracking technologies

We occasionally use pixels and web beacons in our emails, supplied by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), to understand which guidance is helpful. These technologies rely on cookies, so disabling cookies will limit their use.

We review this policy regularly and will update the date above when changes are made. If we introduce significant changes we will highlight them in-product or by email.
